Uma Nota’s Carnaval Night Brunch is back after a two-year hiatus! This trimonthly roving party combines Nipo-Brasileiro-inspired fare, free-flow drinks (Watermelon Sakerinhas, classic Caipirinhas and more), a live DJ, drummers and Brazilian dancers for a fun and festive fete.

Maka Hiki – All-Day Brunch in Tai Hang

Maka Hiki is summer ready with its three-course Weekend Brunch Menu featuring a number of sharing-style starters and one main (standouts are the aromatic Grilled Mahi Mahi curry and the 12-Hour Slow-Cooked Pork Ribs). The Night Brunch includes all the dishes featured in the Weekend Brunch, with the restaurant’s succulent Salmon Crudo also making a special appearance.

Jiangsu Club – Weekend “SPLASH” Bottomless Champagne Brunch

Dim sum and Champagne is the combo we didn’t know we needed. Jiangsu Club’s new weekend brunch stars nine items with new offerings such as 48-Month Iberico Ham with Tomato Purée Sesame Pocket and Mini Wonton with Fresh Coconut Soup.
