Ozone x Burger & Lobster Pop-Up
UK’s beloved chain Burger & Lobster is back with another popup at Ozone, and it’s here to stay until further notice. To celebrate the extended takeover, Burger & Lobster’s Head Chef Raja Karunanethi and Ozone Sous Chef Jerry Tsui will be adding a number of new items to the menu, including the garlic and ginger-infused Shaolin Chick, a sweet and spicy Chilli Lobster Roll and 6oz Nebraskan beef Bulgogi Burger. Round off your surf and turf feast with Hong Kong-style French Toast topped with vanilla ice cream for a sweet finish.
When: Monday to Friday, 6pm to 10pm, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, 12pm to 2:15pm and 6pm to 10pm

The Zuma Catamaran
Set sail for a culinary voyage on The Zuma Catamaran! For the very first time, Zuma will be taking its internationally renowned Japanese cuisine to the sea with a deluxe tasting menu featuring dishes specially created for the event. Drinks-wise, you can knock back signature cocktails and free-flow Veuve Clicquot Champagne with tunes blasting in the background courtesy of Zumba’s Music Director, Halle M.
When: Sunday, 2 July, 11am to 5pm

Build Your Own Set Lunch Plate At Barkada
Here’s a fun lunch option! Choose a base of white or garlic rice, or go low-carb with garlic cauliflower rice or lettuce wraps, and add on your choice of protein. We’re eyeing the Barkada BBQ Pork Belly and Beef Tapa, and also spotted a couple vegan options, including the crowd favourite Tofu Gising Gising.

Louise’s French Riviera Menu
Escape to the Mediterranean coastline this summer by way of Louise’s French Riviera menu, hosted on the restaurant’s ground floor terrace throughout the month of June. Expect a range of French-Mediterranean-inspired sharing dishes such as pissaladière, Braised Brittany dover sole “Riviera” style, niçoise salad and more.
When: Every Thursday and Friday, until 30 June, 5pm till 11pm

Magistracy Dining Room Now Serving Lunch
Black Sheep’s Magistracy is now open for lunch! Highlights include a selection of whole fish flown in daily from the English Channel, with the new menu featuring new preparations of the whole Dover sole as Goujons (served crispy with a house-made tartare sauce). Note also the Roasted Lamb carved table-side and Prime Striploin, which are available exclusively for lunch.

Slay And Sashay Pride Brunch At FRITES
Category is…PRIDE! Dress to slay and sashay your way to FRITES for a boozy Pride brunch hosted by drag queen legend Violette Blanche. Fancy a 10-course dinner? Rêverie’s newly launched dinner menu features the restaurant’s signature Uni Brioche with scallion oil and aged cheddar cheese, and larger dishes such as the Charcoal Grilled Lobster with yuzu uni cream and Australian Wagyu Duo. Elevate your meal with a wine pairing for an additional $980.
